Heat denies the activation of modules. When an orb is cooling down, no module can be activating at that time. The orb has to cool down by cooling before being able to activate a module.

An orb has a number of heat slots so that it is possible to activate modules in quick succession, but at the disadvantage that the orb's cooling is split on all heat slots that need to cool down.
